Data controller
The controller of the personal data processed on this site is VermiIP.es. For any privacy question, write to info@vermiip.es.
What data is processed
ximg.es has no user accounts and no forms: it does not ask for your name, email or any other data. The only data processed is the following:
- Server logs. Like any web server, when serving a page or an image it records the IP address, the date, the requested URL, the browser (user agent) and the referring page. These logs keep the service running and protect it against abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are kept only as long as needed for those purposes and are not shared with anyone.
- Analytics and advertising on the HTML pages (not on the images), through Google cookies, only if you accept them. Details below.
Images do not set cookies. When a third-party website uses a ximg.es URL in an
<img> tag, the response is just the image: no cookies, no tracking and no ads.
The request is only recorded in the server logs described above.
Cookies
The ximg.es pages use Google cookies to measure visits and to show ads. None of them is needed to use the service, so they are only set with your consent, which is requested through the notice shown on your first visit. That notice is managed by Google, as a consent management platform certified by IAB Europe.
Google Analytics 4
Measures, in aggregate, how many people visit the site, where they come from and which pages they view. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Provider: Google Ireland Limited.
Google AdSense
ximg.es is free and funded by Google AdSense ads. Google, as a third-party vendor, and its advertising partners use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. If you do not consent to personalised ads, Google may show non-personalised ads, which also use cookies for frequency capping, performance measurement and fraud prevention. The list of advertising vendors that may be involved is available in the consent notice itself.

- You can turn off personalised ads in Google My Ad Center, and those from other vendors at youronlinechoices.com.

Names and durations are set by Google and may change; the up-to-date reference is its list of advertising cookies.
How to withdraw consent
You can change your choice at any time from the privacy settings button that Google's notice leaves on the page, or by deleting the ximg.es cookies in your browser: the notice will appear again on your next visit.
International transfers
Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Google LLC participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission considers to provide an adequate level of protection, and also applies standard contractual clauses.

Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@vermiip.es. Please note that, since there are no user accounts, data in the server logs can only be located if you provide your IP address and the approximate date. For data collected by Google cookies, you can also contact Google directly.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated.
